Membership

See our Notes for Beginners for details but to summarize: New members may join at anytime. We ask that prospective students watch a class prior to participation. After viewing a class, prospective students are welcome to participate in a few classes to determine if Aikido is for them. During the trial phase, it is fine to wear comfortable work out clothing. Mat fees for individual classes are $10 per day.

We ask that people coming to the dojo regularly join and begin paying monthly dues. Monthly dues are $65 and family rates are available; the first month's dues may be pro-rated. Once the decision has been made to join the dojo, it is also appropriate to purchase a white training uniform (Gi). Both karate-style and judo-style gi are appropriate.

Please contact us or stop on by. We enjoy meeting new people.
